Action: Conduct Trap-Neuter-Return Project

Friends of Fourth Street Ferals was started about 3 years ago to control the over-population of ferals in our neighborhood. I am proud to say that our TNR program has spayed and neutered more than 20 cats. We now have a controlled colony on Fourth Street with no litters of kittens in two years. We are looking at other streets in our area that need assistance with their feral cat population.

We have two veterinarians that already assist, Lifeline in Decatur, GA and Ansley Animal Clinic who have generously donated time and services.
